МАК опублікував записи розмов з 10 квітня 2010 року

Заява Голови Технічної комісії Міждержавного авіаційного комітету 

У зв'язку з появою в ЗМІ, з посиланням на Міністра внутрішніх справ і адміністрації Республіки Польща Є. Міллера, повідомленнями про оприлюднення польською стороною записів розмов диспетчерів аеродрому Смоленськ «Сєвєрний», та з метою об'єктивного інформування світової громадськості, з дозволу органів, які проводять попереднє слідство , відповідно до Додатку 13 до Конвенції про міжнародну цивільну авіацію, прийнято рішення опублікувати повністю транскрипцію записів всіх переговорів і розмов, зареєстрованих диспетчерськими магнітофонами:

    1. Записи відкритого мікрофона;
    2. Записи телефонних розмов;
    3. Записи радіопереговорів.

При складанні транскрипції Технічна комісія МАК користувалася електронною копією записів, ідентичною тій, яка була передана польській стороні на її прохання.

Звертаю увагу, що в ході робіт Технічної комісії польські фахівці мали можливість працювати в офісі МАК з робочими версіями виписки переговорів.
