Ex.ua потрапив до списку

Ex.ua разом з "ВКонтакте" потрапив до списку сайтів, що розповсюджують нелегальний контент.

  


Американська асоціація звукозапису (Recording Industry Association of America, RIAA) включила український файлообмінний ресурс ex.ua до списку організацій, які розповсюджують нелегальний музичний контент.
Про це сказано у зверненні асоціації до Агентства Сполучених Штатів Америки з торговельної політики.
До цього списку ввійшли 25 мережних ресурсів з різних країн.
Крім ex.ua, до списку також увійшли український торрент-трекер demonoid.com і російська соціальна мережа "Вконтакте".
Представник ex.ua Валерій Вавилов повідомив Українським Новинам, що додавання ресурсу до списку RIAA не передбачає ніяких санкцій для ресурсу, однак список може бути взятий до уваги під час формування міждержавних політичних відносин.
Американська асоціація звукозапису представляє інтереси звукозаписної індустрії США, була сформована в 1952 році.
Як повідомляло агентство, у травні Міністерство внутрішніх справ вказувало на збільшення кількості виявлених злочинів, пов'язаних із комп'ютерним піратством, у січні-квітні порівняно з аналогічним періодом 2009 року.
