Українці поки що не вірять, що можна понести відповідальність за образи в Інтернеті



Дев'ятнадцятирічний підліток відсидів 15 діб за нецензурну лексику в інтернеті.

Згідно з постановою Ленінського районного суду міста Запоріжжя дев'ятнадцятирічного жителя Запоріжжя Дмитра Мальцева засудили до 15 діб адміністративного арешту.

Постійний учасник одного із запорізьких чатів "Чатінет" Дмитро Мальцев, що ховається під ніком - КОЯN, відсидів у СІЗО за використання ненормативної лексики безпосередньо в мережі. У протоколі про адміністративне правопорушення сказано, що він порушив громадський порядок, висловлюючись нецензурною лайкою на адресу інших учасників чату, і до того ж не реагував на зауваження.

Йому ставили дрібне хуліганство за статтею 173 Адміністративного кодексу України.

У постанові сказано: "Керуючись статтею 173 Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення, суддя постановив Визнати Мальцева Дмитра Володимировича, 09.12.1991 року народження винним у скоєне правопорушення, передбаченого ст. 173 Адміністративного кодексу і накласти стягнення на нього у вигляді адміністративного арешту строком на 15 ( п'ятнадцять) діб.

За грати його посадили тому, що студент запорізького Гідротехнікума ніде не працює і не має коштів для оплати штрафу.
