Asa Chang is the man with the tabla, dressed in the sky-blue jumpsuit. He is the creative source of the gelatin monster Asa Chang & Junray. With its absurd and beautiful music, the project leaves burnt-out holes of ellipses in one’s head, as well as the intricate forest of question marks. Every time, this music eludes the chance of entrapment in some certain spot. Asa Chang has many faces. His music is a hologram that sucks one into endless aural dimensions. The beauty of his songs is the beauty of a flower in a blender.
